When N.Y. canned him I was a little surprised since he'd put them threw the threshold a couple of times recently (threshold, take us threw the threshold,,, chronicles of Riddick) but, there were times when the camera would pan over to him along the sidelines during a crucial moment in the game and he would look like somebody just pulled a bag off of his head and he was trying to take in his immediate surroundings for the first time,,,( dementia?)
I like him more now since he's coaching out of our division.

Old school coach style. It will work in the very short term, but will tire quickly. Jags will struggle to get higher end free agents because of unnecessary moves like this. If the players can't win because they are distracted by Ping Pong tables, get better players.

This reminds me of when you have an out-of-touch college coach who thinks that different jersey options and no names on the back of jerseys matters in this age of millennials.

How times have moved on. I once had a coach who banned water, long sleeves and gloves from practice as he thought they were a distraction and would make us soft.

Pretty sure no player ever followed Coughlin from team to team. Parcells was a hardass, but players still loved him. Don't think NY mellowed C that much.

Seems more like a move to impress the fans that punish the players.

Last I checked these guys have cars, and can find other ways of entertainment than ping pong at the facility.
