it's definately the place to "be seen" and the celebraties will go there for the most part. last year on 8/23 (birthday so i remember) i did go visit a friend who worked there and that night there was a lightning storm over dallas. the visuals were incredible and no other place i'd rather have been to see it.

but yea, something like $10 a shot and it looks like a late 60's / early 70's modern day nightmare for decor.

On another note, I sure hope Tony is helping Carrie with some songwriting -- b/c her lyrics suck. I almost puked when I heard her sing something about "pouring rain back into a cloud" -- eek. just awful.

I doubt she gets much say in her lyrics. She's an American Idol winner, I doubt she gets much say in anything. She is currently the product of her record company.
