I do wonder what the future is for Romo once he retires. He could be a coordinator or an analyst. Regardless, organizing something like this with your name tied to it is showing that he knows that he doesn't have many years left on the field and he is trying to line up some opportunities to continue getting a paycheck beyond football.

Watch your back Tony. I don't trust the NFL and wouldn't be surprised if a few late hits go uncalled next year. But then again, what else is new?

Tony,
You say your shoulder is good to go.
Why not get with Dez, Williams, Street, Beez and a few others for a few weeks of works outs in a undisclosed location? Just sayin, the whole crew may need some off season tune ups after last years (non)showing.
Yes it's sarcasm (however as they say, "there's always a little truth to sarcasm").

With 100 million plus Starter sponsorship money I think he will be ok.... No this isnt an indication of anything

Doesn't strike me as something a player in their 20s would worry about organizing. If this turns out to be a hit, this will be a recurring event every year, long after he retires. I am not saying Romo is looking to retire tomorrow and focus all of his attention on organizing a fantasy football event. I am saying that it shows that he is thinking about his life after football and what different ventures he wishes to be associated with.
