I think Romo is worthy but he will not get in unless he gets a ring. Once he does that and you look at his career numbers I think he goes in.

Agree with you that he needs a ring. Without it I don't think he is HOF worthy (as least as of now).

If you think Romo is worth (now) then you might as well put Phillip Rivers in as well. Add that the the list of QBs currently playing who will probably be in such as Brady, Manning, Brees, Big Ben (probably), Rodgers (probably) and it becomes a pretty big list.
