Great stuff...I don't know if I've ever looked forward to the season starting as much as I am this year.

that seattle field goal play :bang2: I wonder if gramatica would of atleast dove and took the guy legs out who ran romo down and tackled him from behind would romo have been able to make it in the endzone. Man what a sissy block that was. Look at the replay folks its @ da 4:55 mark.

What people forget is that Romo the QB (not the freakin kick holder) drove the team down the field in clutch fashion to take that lead. They also forget just how close Witten was to scoring...some even sayhe did.

Oh well.
That was long ago.

The first couple minutes were a re-hash of the old video. Was kindof boring and i didn’t care to watch a thousand highlights. Do a Bryant one and ill watch it.

The visit was a timeline of Tony Romo in the NFL. The reason the beginning was old video was because that's from back when he first became quarterback. If you want Dez highlights, skip to later in the video or watch any of the dozens of those kinds of videos out there.

The real fact that most people forget or ignore is that we were not going anywhere even if we had won that game. That was not a championship caliber team. At best we would be saying "2 playoff wins in 17 years" which is really no better than the "1 playoff win" after so long.

No, he didn't score, but he did get a first down, and Walt Anderson overruled the spot (without a definitive camera angle), which made it 4th down, instead of first and goal at the 1. Even if we kick the FG, there was still a minute left. Plenty of time for Seattle to get in FG range and take the game anyway.

If only we would have had Beuhler in Seattle.. he woulda thrown a monster block. Romo would have scored. and everything would be different today..

What they really forget is that Anthony Fasano barely got out of his stance, assuming it was a gimme kick, and let the man come around the edge untouched...

On the other hand, it also looks to me like if Romo would have stretched out with the ball as he was going down, he might have made the first down.
