You can gripe all you want but, Jerry and Stephen have spoken and are not taking a QB
in the 1st round of the draft. They are open to signing an experience backup or 3-4th
round draft pick QB so move on and focus on defense. That's what they're going to do.

I won't gripe cause if we don't get an experienced QB like McCoy, etc. I would expect us doing poorly. You are projecting that Romo is going to last one play
and then be hurt again. That thinking seems so negative you might as well go root for another team like the Deadskins. No drafted QB this year is going
to be able to save a season with this QB coach or offensive staff.

Don't watch then. If you don't get enjoyment from it, what are you doing spending precious time on it?
Football is supposed to be fun. When it reaches the point where it's creating resentment and isn't fun anymore then something is wrong.
It's 32 teams, all trying to be the best at solving a complex multivariate problem under limiting conditions. Figuring out each team's strategy and seeing how it works is what makes it fun. It's less fun if you don't love your favorite team's approach, but them's the breaks.
As long as they're legitimately doing whatever they can to win, I'm down for watching it. Complaining about the things they've tried that didn't work out is pointless.

The fact you suggest I go root for another team, because we are clearly handicapped. And pretty much are trash outside of maybe 2-6 players, let's me know you would be quick to switch up once you start feeling the heat

None of this will matter when he's getting tattooed into the turf again by the next wide eyed pass rusher. It'll break. The real question here is... Will we have a suitable young franchise quarterback waiting in the wings to help us avoid another sub 8 win season next time Tony goes down? The question is not if. The question is when.

This animation helps a bit, I guess. Different reason for the surgery, like in the article posted earlier, but the animation helps you understand what's being done and why.
I'm basically looking at it as "shorten the bone, shave it down and it's less likely to impact the next time he falls on it." Bone can't break if there's no bone to break.

Most of this stuff is common sense stuff but Doctors and lawyers have different opinions all the time.
The idea that we aren't qualified to have an opinion is ridiculous.
We all know these things never work out for DAL. It will turn into a long-term issue, no doubt. It is unavoidable. Here we are almost 4 months later and Romo still hasn't had the surgery.
Sure, he will be fine in 6 weeks. Just in time for the mini-camps.
