exactly - take shots at the end zone - TD wins the game

All the rule changes the NFL has put in over past 10 years favor more aggressive offense, and the most "aggressive" play we run in the red zone today was a version of the Okla. wishbone risking Bledsoe on a wide right running play...............

3 defenders nailed Bledsoe - that was a lot like the shot that almost killed him in 2001.

I question if concussion doesn't come up tomorrow.

ya.. that was similar to his season ending injury in new england. i admire his courage, but it was obvious he wasnt gonna get the first down.

The time to take the shot into the end zone was on 1st or 2nd down. Waiting until 3rd down pretty much gives the defense the advantage. I would have rather seen a play action pass on 1st or 2nd. That isn't opening up the offense, that is smart football.

I was sitting there hoping they ran the draw on that 3rd and 3. I was thinking Barber could get the 1st or in the least run time off the clock down to the 2:00 warning. Instead, Bledsoe runs it out of bounds when everyone is covered because Seattle was ready for a pass on 3rd down.

Good day run blocking- except when it mattered- then it was shut down.

Because Seattle knew the run was coming and stacked guys up front.

In both cases I agree we should have gone for the kill on 1st down. Hit em right away. We have been so successful when we throw to Key or Whitten down there it makes sense to keep doing it. Playing for a field goal almost assures you of a chance at an L.

Great point Joseephuss. I've been saying this for atleast 3 years. Look at Seattle's last touchdown, who was that guy? a #6 receiver, someone you never would have expected.

you do have to be able to run the ball in the redzone however, I do think they're running too much.
