1. Jay Ratliff - Love his passion
2. Mike Jenkins - Finally a play-maker in the secondary
3. Keith Brooking - Leader and a very solid tackler
4. Tony Romo - Love the way he is playing this year
5. Marion Barber - Injured, and still running tough

How can anyone not have romo? Without romo this team doesnt get a sniff of the playoffs, all you have to do is remember how it went wrong when he went down last year

Anyway

Romo
Austin
Ratliff
Jenkins
Brooking

Easily when neither have hit the loft heights that we know both are capable to date this year (Doesnt mean they wont)

We live or die with tony, he is without question the only player you could take out that would see our team collapse. Any others and there would be a massive hole perhaps but not to the state we saw last year

In all fairness to the people that don't have Romo on their lists, this thread is simply asking who are your favorite players. There really aren't any wrong answers here (well, except for Barbie). People can have a favorite player that isn't one of the best on the team just because they like his style/effort/etc.

Yeah I get that, sorry for that

I guess I just struggle to see how people cant get a rush from the way he is spreading that football around. I Mean in the 1st q yesterday the eagles were blitzing like mad and he was improvising on the fly and all I could think to myself was he is like peyton, makes the game look easier than it really is :)

I don't disagree, which is why Romo's at the top of my list. ;)

1 Brooking - whole team attitude changer
2 Rat - more impact than any defensive player
3 Austin - no attitude game changer
4 Romo - watching red give him a high five for not forcing it on a 3rd down last night spoke volumes to me about his maturation this season
5 Kosier - watching the even greater jail break that occured with Procter on the line, tells you everything about how important Kosier's health has been to this team in 2009. He's also quietly playing very well IMO.
