Mike and Mike in the morning reporting that Jevon Walker is giving that altimatume to GB. Also mentioned another WR giving the same line but missed who it was. Thought that was interesting.

I am listening to that too.

I enjopyed how Dan Patrick ripped Golic for his 92 Sheets of Integrity regarding bracketology.

Jevon Walker and Eric Moulds - I'll take either of those over Owens.

Yeah, that was pretty funny. I also agree with you. I would take either over TO but I really like the idea of Walker. This is the crazy arse stuff that runs through your head at 4 AM. :laugh2:

Guess it would be selfish to hope for Walker and T.O. right?

You know, the last WR we traded for from GB turned out pretty well! ;)

Ellis and a 5th ? 4th...3rd ? which will it be.

Smoke screen with TO, this is the guy we want...J Walker.

We pull this rabbit outta our hat and we are smoking.

Jevon and Crayton could be a great 1 2 punch for years to come.

Walker, Key, Glenn and Crayton this year...Whew. Key and Witten have a field day over the middle...Cover 2 zone all day.

Maybe we should have paid Glover his bonus, not knowing about the CBA pooched that cooch I'm sure. Then we could have traded Glover and Ellis to GB for this kid Walker...saved a pick and just spent cap money, we have plenty of it.

This is the blockbuster I'm waiting for, then we can call it a FA season well spent.

He's a thought...Bring in both TO and Walker!

Seriously here, think about it..

Walker has not played one snap since his injury, do we really know what we'd be getting with him? No way could we rationalize taking Walker over Owens at this point. Not if we want to win now. Though Walker sure would be a nice investment for the future, and if he's truly back from the injury near-100% imagine what he and Owens together could give us this year? Not to mention this team would be going in the right direction by signing a younger player who could be here for awhile.

The guy can't be demanding top dollar coming off that injury, so it's reasonable to think that we could bring him in for a nominal incentive-based contract. Of course though the combined signings of both men would surely spell disaster for Glenn and Key, but at this point I don't really even care because the improvement in that position would be so overwhelming and obvious.

Bledsoe
Jones/Barber
Owens/Walker/Key?-Glenn?-Crayton?

Signing both Walker & TO have nothing to do with each. Javon will cost us Ellis or 2nd round (hopefully conditional pick in 07) pick. TO is free except for money/issues. Both help immediately, but Walker's also got long-term good potential.
