Yeah it broke mein veinious heart when Murray go and went away.
And the defense half offer vexations and ennui.

It would be a nice tribal thing if we can gift credit to what he hath done and stuff.
Allow me to start:
He hath methoically give us AN AWESOME O-LINE
Holla

I couldnt be more happy with the way Jerry is running the team these days. The Draft, FA, resigning the coordinators, who handles what?

If you get a B from picking up three first round grade talents in the draft/rookie free agency, signing one of the best pass rushers in the league, and locking up a franchise player to a reasonable contract (relative to his talent and impact), I'd love to see what it takes to get an A.

Choosing not to pay $8 million a year to a player who will never again match his one season wonder only increases the grade in my opinion.

I agree. Not resigning Murray shows just how far Jerry has come. In my mind, it was the best decision he made. I give him an A-. Only because he didnt draft a RB. should have done it in the 3rd round.

For a late round draft pick, I think he was a no brainer.

Agreed. No issues if Garrett took a flyer on Ifo. Maybe somewhere between 5th-7th round. However I would not downgrade Dallas' offseason for not taking him.

Well, not him specifically, but there were a few ways we could have helped the cornerback situation and moved on from Carr in the process. Cromartie and Tillman were good options.

It is as if the Wizard suddenly gave Jerra a brain. In mein heart I half always believed that despite his monies, he is essentially a nice, down to earth kind of guy. And now he seems to have football acumens. You go, Jerra!

The Wizard also gave Jones' offseason an A (runs off while giggling uncontrollably).

Jerry and company deserve an A- to A. They made several good moves and executed per their plan.

You say they executed their plan, but some on here think they should have planned their execution.

-resigning Dez
-resigning Ro Mac
-signing Greg Hardy, the most sought after free agent since TO for the team
-selling La'el Collins on being a cowboy
-drafting Gregory in the 2nd round and having a team atmosphere in place to help him succeed

Doubt we could have asked for a better off season. It wasn't all him mind you, but that's more than any off season I remember

Sounds great and all...............but

Passing on Malcolm Brown for a workout warrior FS is risky.....

Letting Murray walk is risky

Letting Bruce Carter walk....risky

Not draft Jay Ajayi.....dumb

Letting Bill Callahan walk to the Commanders....dumb

And now........we are still scrambling for RBs 2 days from camp...and are short of quality DT's

So I wouldn't exactly call this the dream off-seasono_O

Signing Bruce Carter would likely have meant we lose someone on the Oline when their contract comes up. If they want to keep it intact, guys like Carter have to be sacrificed. Not like they wanted to lose him or Dwayne Harris

Jay Ajayi isn't a guy who fell down the draft and we had a chance to get him at great value. He was expected to go around the 4th or 5th round, and the cowboys like 4 or 5 rbs in the draft, but none were available unless they reached. Which meant losing Gregory probably

You can't really stop Callahan from leaving. He already got demoted, he wasn't going to get the OC position again.

As for Malcolm Brown, I liked him too, but there's more to Jones than workout warrior. He has good instincts and a good head on his shoulders. This shouldn't be AOAnsah mark II. And it's not a given that brown wouldn't bust as a 1st rounder either
