Looks like the trend is going to be to discount Dak and Zeke because the offensive line is great.

I'm not sure you are. We didn't win the time of possession. Commanders have a very, very good offense. Our D kept them out of the end zone for most of the game. We kept them between the hashmarks when we needed to. We forced that amazing offensive to take only what we gave them.

If I had told you in July that we would play an offense like this on Thanksgiving and we'd have to start a 6th round rookie...and that he'd really only screw up once...and that we'd win...you'd take it every time.

Our defense needs to get healthy and better to advance in the playoffs. I think they can. I am seeing more and more from Irving all the time. Collins is getting better, too. Remember, he didn't have much of a summer with a broken foot and he's a rookie, too. With even a little pass rush, we are going to get much better on D.

That's my Pollyanna take on our defense. We are 10-1 and I'll take it.

As I’ve said before, Dak Prescott seems to be doing everything right. He gets time behind the line to survey, then makes good decisions. Very few negative plays. That’s playoff football.
