So I'm going to ignore the fact that these **** heads completely **** on us again by ignoring irvin, and simply be happy today to see my favorite player where he belongs.

Irvin's not going in before Art Monk. And no team has had more than three inductees in the same class.

I predicted Aikman and Wright would get in. I'm happy even if Irvin has to sit for a few more years. He'll get in eventually.

The wait is the price he pays for his indiscretions.

I believe the Cowboys were the winningest most team in any decade (70s), and Troy Aikman I believe is the winnigest most quarterback in any decade (90s)

We've won 5 superbowls, and we've been to what 7?

You do know this team was created in 1960 right? And we dominated nearly two decades of football in said 40 years (now 46)...

You do know this team was created in 1960 right? And we dominated nearly two decades of football in said 40 years (now 46)...

Oh, I don't disagree with you. But Monk has been shut out for several years, and I doubt very seriously that they're going to let Irvin in before Monk. In fact, on another board, it was reported that a Jacksonville voter said the other voters weren't going to put Irvin in until Monk makes it in.

I personally believe Irvin was better than Monk. But Irvin hurt his chances with his behavior. Aint saying it should be considered but it is.

I am probably in the same boat with you when it comes to Aikman.

You could say that Dallas would not have won any of the three Superbowls without Emmitt or Irvin and be correct.

I firmly believe the same about Troy as well. Dallas would not have won three Superbowls without a QB the caliber of Troy.

We were very fortunate to have Troy.

And I promise you when this team is rebuilt we'll have this type of success again.

There are many in the nfl that LOVE the fact that we're struggling right now. They couldn't enjoy it any more. And they are keeping Irvin out of the hall because he is a cowboy, not because of his off the field problems. That is simply an excuse.

And the only reason why aikman was allowed in so easily is because he was a posterboy of the nfl, and by not allowing him in, it would have truly proved to everyone that there was bias in the voting system. And they would have been forced to change the system, which would allow more cowboys in...
