What can I say, this was just a horrible day!

Washington, Philly, and NY win, and we go down.

In regards to why we lost, the blame goes all around. This is a team game, and this easily was a team loss. EASILY!

The Defense played great for 58 minutes again, and could not shut the door. While I just can not help but feel good about a lot this defense did, it slipped in the end. This has to stop! In fairness to the Defense the Offense has to give them more points.

Penalties killed us today, just killed us! I can not say anything more than that. Crucial penalities that cost drives and points.

The Pass Protection was just horrible. Man oh man I hope this is not a sign of things to come. Tucker actually was not to bad, but he has to do better. Petitti had a rough day, and he is not the only one. This killed us as well!

Bledsoe was just not very good today. While he was under a lot of pressure, when he did have time he just was not throwing well. Horrible decision at the end of the game.
Missed throws, and throwing into coverage. Just not a good day.

Coaching, well yes there is some blame that goes here, but not like many people are yelling about.
I think we needed to get more aggresive in some situations, but when we tried look at what happened.
Penalties, Sacks, and Turnovers. We went deep and a INT, We tried a flea flicker and fumble, we tried to throw a pass at the end of regulation to get in position to win and INT.
A dropped pass by Witten, and that non call to Witten in the endzone was a horrible non call. And a few other times we tried to get aggressive and throw down field it was almost intercepted.
Everytime we tried to get aggressive something bad happened.
I blame the coaching for not having some more plays to help keep the heat off, more screens, dump offs, and maybe another reverse or 2.

You really should give Seattle's Defense a lot of credit for this, because they played just not to get beat by big plays and dared us to move the ball down the field. With the pass protection we had it just was not going to happen.

Special teams, Cortez missing that kick ,killed us, just killed us.

So to summarize folks, this loss goes on everyone, the Offense, the Defense, and Special Teams, and Coaching.
But what I am most disappointed today is by all the times we shot our self in the foot.

If we could just get out of our own way on alot of this stuff we would dominate these games. The players have to execute, and they just did not today, not when it counted.

Defense played strong. You cant expect to win with 10 points against the #1 ranked offense - 2 minutes or not. Offense didnt get it done today.

We've had two games in a row where we have been unable to execute properly. One was a win and the other a loss.

After two weeks is it not obvious what we are suppose to address here - execution and focus? That's clearly the coaches job to figure that one out.

The time honoured answer to that is if the execution is not there then simplify the game plan and see if the guys can make the plays to win. Our offensive line is having difficulty and it's leading to drive killing penalties. They need some help from the play calling.

Bledsoe just couldn't seem to find the single covered receiver. Pretty frustrating.

I don't want to hear that because the defense only gave up 13 points that it's the offenses fault. I don't care if it's 2-0 or 202-200, the defense has to hold when the game is on the line. The conservative play calling was all based on the fact they had the lead. Granted, they still should have gone for it on 4th and inches, and they shouldn't have run on 3rd down twice. They just need to beat Arizona and this will be a good first half season at 5-4, lose next week and we're in trouble.

he keeps looking for Glenn and overlooked Witten for a TD when he try to run for 1st down himself.
He also missed Key for 1st down when he was hanging on the ball for Glenn to get open deep...but got sacked!

He had a bad game....OL didn't help him either. with exception of the RBs whom I thought played well. The whole O is responsible for the lost. What else can a D do after handing over the ball to you deep in Seattle territory with less than 3 min to go? Next time I think our D need to just score...

lack of proper execution of a play...thats all that is holding us back...

we make a good play...it gets called back on a penalty.

we make bad plays because someone took that play off.

Our offensive line is our Achilles Heel, when they play good our offense as a whole plays good. When our offensive line plays bad we stink.

It all comes down to what version of our O-line shows up to play game to game, cause our Defense is consistant.
