Selvie flashed lasted year in preseason and went on to have a good season. This team is depleted and needs help so I have no problem with being hopeful when someone shows they have some ability.

2 INT's and a forced fumble is worth more than a couple sacks I'd say. Our defence will be brutal regardless, I'd atleast like the chance of turnovers if he's on there. What's the worst that could happen, he'll get beat, just like our CB's will be anyway with our 'pass rush'

If you watch Patmon in his other games he has been solid. Tonight he had a chance to really show something. I think he makes the team and compete for the third cb (since scandrick is out) for the first game.

If he can come close to that kind of production regularly -- we are looking at roughly 32 Interceptions and 16 TDs in year 1. I say HoF lock by year 2.

you have a game like that other teams take notice. I would assume he's on the active roster week 1 for us or somebody else.

I agree with you BTW, however, I've seen at least 15-20 bottom of the roster guys mentioned here in the past 2-3 weeks where someone (usually multiple people) say "Never will make it through waivers to the PS to he'll be on the 53".

The bitter truth is <MOST> of those types do get waived and a surprising number don't end up on the Cowboy practice squad because usually the Cowboys have their eye on other team's players for their practice squad.
