My throwing arm will be cocked for the rest of the day, if ANY bad news come down, something is going through a wall

According to NFL Insiders on ESPN. Anyone know anything about this?

EDIT: According to information provided by you guys below, this seems precautionary in nature and he should be available on Sunday. Fingers crossed.

Why didn't Jason mention it?

Well Doug Free said he would be OK after the game. He's out for a month.

Here we go....

If Tyron doesn't think it's serious I'm not worried. Although I hate when I hear or see MRI involving a player.

didn't happen in practice since it's being reported he missed practice entirely

sounds like just taking the necessary precaution to some soreness from something that happened in the Seattle game

We all know how minor injuries turn into weeks. Lets hope it is nothing.

Does my idea of stacking depth at OL still sound bad?

if both free and tyron were out

I think:

LT - Martin
LG - Leary
C - Bernadeau
RG - Fred
RT - Parnell

Yeah it has to be. I hate moving Martin to the outside but that's what we drafted him and Fred for is versatility.

i would'nt think even in an emergency you would play martin at lt since parnell has much more experience there. but they will tape it up and he will play but he may not be 100%. 80% of smith is good enough for one week

Yup. RT and LT are the most important to the line. Moving martin outside ensures you have a stupid strong guy there that knows what he's doing. Moving fred to guard helps your interior not fall completely apart and he's there to help parnell if he gets in a bind

I just dont trust parnell at LT...Id rather have a starter at another position there, than a backup there.

I get you.

But our preferences and what realistically the coaching staff would do are 2 totally different things.

We're moving everyone but Leary in your scenario and Parnell is the next man up at LT on our depth chart and is certainly the more experienced player there.

Martin's got an easier shot moving 1 spot over two the right and being successful there than going all over to the left side and doing so.
