LT Tyron Smith isn't only #Cowboys OL taking karate lessons this off-season. So is Nate Livings, Mackenzy Bernadeau and Jermey Parnell.

The four #Cowboys OL are following in the footsteps of former Cowboys Randy White and Larry Allen, hoping to increase hand quickness.

#Dallas #Cowboys LT Tyron Smith says he wants to add 10 pounds this off-season to play at 315 in 2013 to help with his run-blocking.

What I like is that is shows a willingness to be a unit, to be a team. I'm curious to if Tyron was the one that initiated this, if so, it shows that he's developing into a leader within the O line. Now hopefully they called Fredrick after he was drafted and brought him into the circle.
