Guys that go undrafted - early look at prospects

SS - Lowrey - some team may take a chance at moving him to FS - undersized

QB - Kent Smith, big Pocket QB with measurables

RB - Taureen Henderson - Texas Tech

G - Jahri Evans - this is no Gurodabust! Mya be day 2 draft pick

ILB - Garrett McIntyre

CB - Zemaitis - worth a flier, camp body

WR - James Banks - Carson-Newman

Zemaitis is a day one pick! He's a better corner then his buddy Phillips. Dropping out of the Senior Bowl may have hurt him but he has a legit excuse and his personal workouts will more then make up for it.

Camp body:lmao2:

Erik Meyer - 6-2 205 Talented small school QB, GreatvIV 1AA QB - (Watch my boy Santos in 08 class) Has talent and maturity, playing experience and gets the ball out quick and decisive.

I like a lot on the kid with my reservation being size. But Romo is only 6-2 6-3 too

Good find Junk

Zemaities would have to perform horribly at the combines to go undrafted IMO. I see him as a perfect FS prospect. We will see.

Taurean Henderson will without a doubt get drafted. His versatility as a runner and pass receiver will get him drafted as a 3rd down RB, without question.

Wouldn't be surprised to see James Banks to get drafted as well because of his versatility. Former Vol QB who moved to WR.

Zemaitis - Day 2 player that needs to show something at combine.

Round 3 prospect at worst.

Care to make a friendly wager on it?

I do like Henderson - maybe a late day 2 pick.

Wiley
Cason
Lee
Thompson

Always looking for the next sleeper back. Next Willie Parker....... Tyson Thompson proved you can't run wide in NFL and you better protect the damn football.:mad: His job is at risk. Bring a Henderson in for sure. Also - Leon Johnson who will be drafted.

Perhaps. If he runs well, he's a 1st day pick. If he runs OK, he's a day two pick. Either way, thats far from undrafted.

He will run in the 4.45 to 4.50 range. Not a speed burner but he will be on par with the rest of this CB class. Besides Jimmy Williams, Tye Hill (on a good day) and Cedric Griffin who are burners he will fall right about where the rest of them will run.

Height: 6-2 | Weight: 201 | 40-Time: 4.50

Official Bio

Strengths:
Has excellent size...Very instinctive and has good field intelligence...Has a nose for and makes a lot of plays on the ball...Is a sure tackler who isn't afraid to support against the run...Is smooth out of his breaks...Has a lot of experience against top competition and has been very productive...Came through with a nice senior campaign...A hard worker with excellent intangibles and top character.

Weaknesses:
Does not have elite speed which could be exposed by pro receivers...Does a much better job in zone coverage than in press / man-to-man...Should be more physical for a guy with his dimensions...Seems to lack fluid hips and just doesn't look real natural...Doesn't recover well...May have to change positions at the next level.

Notes:
Was in a serious car accident in 2003 but made a full recovery...Could potentially move to safety in the pros if he can't cut it outside at corner...Has some tools to work with but might need to be in the right system (Cover 2?) to succeed.

Wow - thats a cover corner with cover corner issues, may not be able to handle NFL receivers, may have to play safety? What is that? Whoever drafts that guy day 1 is foolish. UDFA or late day 2

Nors, which is it? Your Countdown buddy says day 1 pick, Your only pay subscription has him going in the 1st round. Who do you decide to believe on any given day?

This is why it's better to watch the prospect;)

Stupid and stubborn is not way to go through life Nors.

My prior post cleary indicates that I view him as a perfect FS prospect. Read his evaluation. Says almost the same exact thing.

Pull your head out Nors.

We already drafted Zemaites

His name was Peetie Hunter....... A corner that can't cover that might be able to play Safety. Dropping like a lead weight

Now Huff is a football player. That I agree on.
