The coaches and defense weren't throwing interceptions, fumbling the ball, and throwing into coverage all day, like Bledsoe was.

The coaches and defense weren't getting schooled all day at tackle, like Petitti was. Nor did they need help on their side like Tucker.

The coaches and defense weren't missing gimme 20ish yard field goals, like Cortez did.

The coaches and defenses weren't committing all the stupid false start penalties, especially the ones committed by vets like Rivera.

The coaches aren't the ones who can't block their man making a fast Tyson Thompson useless in anything but obvious run situations.

This is what you get with an unprotected Bledsoe. Might be a long season if the oline doesn't get better.

Yeah, exactly. Though I got to say, I saw the Buffalo Bledsoe today back in all glory, even when the OL blocked well.

Ya rattle Bledsoe and he starts making stupid decisions even when the protection is there.

because when you are inside the ten yard line and a touchdown can win the game and you hand it to a rookie running back 3 times in a row.thats pretty stupid.its time to start playing to win and not to lose.did we not learn anything from the philly game.

Because these same people have built Bledsoe up too much to even remotely accept the truth.

It completely changes the tone of the offense. Bledsoe suddenly looks like the bum Buffalo thought he was. As good as Drew is passing when protected, his effectiveness drops about 75% when his OLINE cant hold off the pass rush. It's the difference b/t Bledsoe and legit good QBs in the league. HUGE difference. This is why we cant completely forget about acquiring a young QB if Henson/Romo isn't the answer.

If the OLine cant toughen up a bit, points are going to be awfully tough to come by. The stats thru the first 6 games become completely irrelevant.

"Uhhh.... why is everyone blaming the coaches and defense?"

Well maybe because they didn't score enough points for us to win.

This loss is all on the Offense. When the defense holds the opponent to 10 points you should expect to win. The offense had first downs on Seattle's 12 and 9 and only come away with 3 points. Draft next year; 1. left tackle, 2. right tackle, 3. kicker...

LOL I remember suggesting a kicker in the draft next year and got murdered on the forums for it. Suddenly, a bonafide kicker doesn't look too bad, eh? Kicker is one of those things you don't think about when you're losing but REALLY stands out when you have a team good enough to keep you in every game.

And didn't try a play action pass on 1st or 2nd down on either series. They will try a flea flicker, but not a play action pass where it is critical to get some points. That is why you lay some of the blame on the coaches. They also should have just knelt the ball down after Pettiti got nailed for a holding call. That penalty pretty much blew any chance of getting in field goal range, so play for overtime. They didn't and Bledsoe made a dumb decision.

I have to disagree. Seahawks Defense was outstanding and the coverage down field was exceptional. Bledsoe had plenty of time but could not find an open man. They had Glenn double covered all day. Cowboys needed the run and pass in order to drive it down field. They had no time to do that with 13 seconds left to play. What were they trying to do, anyway? It would have taken a huge play to get to FG range. They should have run out the clock and taken it into OT.

someone need to take Parcells and Slap upside the head and say " Coach for a blowout instead of coaching not to lose. Worked against the Eagles. BTW, Parcells you punch like a girl.

The recievers did not get open........I blame a lot of that on the wet field, Glenn and Price cant cut very well on a wet, slick field. Bledsoe had no one to throw too because no one was getting open. When he did throw it.. it was a bad pass...usually too high

Bad passes...

Bad blocking...

Poor execution...

Many mental errors...that PI on Glenn came at a bad time, holding..false starts...

that is the recipie for a loss
