Today the NFL announced that they will be coming back over here for another regular season game due to the huge success of the game last October.

How would you feel if Dallas made the trip over ??

I for one and speaking for a lot of Brit Cowboy fans would of course love it - and it cant be argued that it has a detrimental effect on the teams as one is 60 minutes away form a SB berth.

Good news about Garrett by the way - whichever way its cooked up

I would hate it. I don't think teams should be playing out of the US. It is to hard on the clubs w/ all of the travel and then the game and then all of the travel.

It's silly.

While I know there are bunches of Cowboys fans in Europe, I hate the idea because of the stress level long distance travel it adds to the players.

it was funny how when the Dolphins and the Giants were playing, that the crowd blew whistles thinking the game was like soccer.

that cracked me up.

I think Jerry made it clear he doesn't think the Cowboys need to do this and he's certainly not going to be on board going over in 08 nor in the first few years we in our new stadium. I also don't want to see the Cowboys play on the poor turf at Wembley; Giants/Dolphins should be darned glad none of their players got hurt cause that field was a mess.

Why put your favorite team through all that for some other country?

It dont put money in my pockets...

Jerry already said this wouldnt happen due to the fact of next season being the last year in our old stadium and when the new stadium opens he's definitely not gonna wanna lose possible revenue not having a game in it

I really would rather not but if it happens then I hope we go in as the visting team so we don't lose a home game and we should get the bye week after that game.

I hate the idea of teams playing across the pond. It's a gimmick and hard on the players given the travel time. Brits can have a preseason game if they want but that's it.

If the NFL plays anywhere outside the States, it should be in Canada because chances are high that an expansion team will eventually play somewhere there. Probably in Toronto. Besides many Canadians already cross the border to watch and support NFL teams.

It could be during one of Dallas' road games, so Jerry would not lose revenue.

I think Dallas will play an out of country regular season game eventually, but it won't be next season in London. I can see Mexico being the better option due to proximity. Closer than going to their NFC East rivals or Seattle.

The Giants and Dolphins going to London was probably not much more traveling than going to Denver or Seattle. Plus their schedules were worked to give them their bye week after that game.

Hasn't Buffalo already requested to play a home game or two in Toronto?

Jerry said on Norm that he's not interested in playing in London, and noted that for all the money that the NFL has invested in Europe through various leagues and ventures (Jerry estimated it's been in the billions) that he believes they've taken it as far as they can go and the market is pretty much tapped out. It will never be viable sport over there, only a curiosity.

He said he would be interested in playing in Mexico City.
