Jason La Canfora, of the Washington Post, reports Washington Commanders S Adam Archuleta signed a six-year contract that averages $5 million a season to join the Commanders. Archuleta's contract includes a sizeable $10 million signing bonus.

The cap is a joke, or the Skins are masters at abusing the system.

I am convinced that if there were no cap, the Skins would spend ANY price to get EVERY player not under contract.

Surely, they will pay a price in the near future for this spendng.
