Yikes! Here's hoping the quality of our coaching staff matches their generous numbers!
I can't help but wonder what JJ thinks about having such a considerable payroll.

I imagine it's likely fair to say that he's substantially able to pay such a large group!

Including the strength & conditioning coach that's twenty newby coaches we've added.

Lol. I will take top 15. I wonder if we cut the punter. But some descent punt returns will be welcomed. We started so many times deep in our own territory I just got used to it. That’s why we had the #1 Offense.

When is the last time we went for a blocked punt?? I can’t remember.......we play conservative every time yet never return anything! The only time we had a chance they had Austin fair catch. Smh

What we see is a group of coaches and staff who have TONS of experience and experience winning. Even the head trainer is gone lol...MM only spared a small handful. He basically went scorched Earth on them and cleaned house. Its been long overdue.

I think we will see pollard excel on Special teams and certain offensive packages. It helps to have competent staff. Love the new additions as far as assistants. MM is wasting zero time. Gotta admire the guy for going all in like he has already. ANYONE who lives where they work has my vote. Its def. refreshing.

People can clown the Cowboys Rooney rule nose-thumbing but they now have a staff heavy on diversity.
It is a good look imho.
