For the love of God Chip Kelly? How can you compare that clown to Urban Meyer. Meyer is an elite coach. He would win right away. Zero risk with Urban Meyer.

he won't win right away. no college coach will leap into NFL and win right away....there is a world of difference between college football and NFL. there is a lot of risk with Meyer.....

A friend of mine worked as the S&C coach at OSU under Urban Meyer and he always talked about how he was the biggest ******* west of the Mississippi. Only Nick Saban was known to be a bigger one. We all know how Saban’s act held up in the NFL.

my point is any college coach would not be able to accomplish much in their first 2 years..... even longer. make it three. they have a longer learning curve than NFL assistants. so even the great urban meyer, swagger or no swagger is going to have to learn the NFL way...he is not going to come in and teach anybody anything.....so if you want urban meyer or riley or any other college coach, we have to accept the first two years not much will happen....except for Saban, who was an NFL coach for a few years, much like Carroll
