On Day 2 of free agency, Cole Beasley found a new home. The longtime Dallas Cowboy will join the Buffalo Bills, signing a four-year, $29 million contract.
#Bills aren't done at WR. They will sign WR Cole Beasley, sources say. He'll get $29 million over four years.

Beasley, a Texas native, has spent the entirety of his seven-year career thus far in Dallas. He slowly emerged as a favorite and reliable target for both QBs Tony Romo and Dak Prescott, developing into a slot weapon opposing teams were forced to account for.
Cole Beasley was Dak Prescott's most prolific target the last three years, catching 174 passes for 1,774 yards since 2016.

However, approaching 30-years-old and entering free agency, it became apparent Beasley and the Cowboys were likely departing for the 2019 season. Beasley turned down the team’s final offer of three years for $18 million, according to NFL Network’s Jane Slater.
How far apart were Dallas and Buffalo? Really far! #Cowboys final offer I’m told was roughly 18M over 3 yrs. WR Cole Beasley will see most of his money in the first two seasons with Bills. Averaged roughly 58 balls in 4 seasons with Dallas, looking for closer to 75 in Buffalo.

With that now playing out, Dallas will have to add finding a new primary slot receiver to their offseason to-do list.
