The Alliance of American Football (AAF) has garnered plenty of attention from NFL fans this offseason, and their eight teams have been well received by the cities that host them. Dallas doesn’t have a squad, but San Antonio does and the major Texas town is currently sitting atop the Western Conference with a 4-2 record.

The Alliance has four more regular seasons to go before the playoffs begin, but the final destination has been altered for all teams looking to make it to their version of the Big Game. Originally slated to be played in Las Vegas, the championship game is being relocated to the home of the Dallas Cowboys, The Star in Frisco.

The Star is home to countless amenities and now will host the first ever championship game in AAF history.

The championship contest is currently scheduled for Saturday, April 27, coincidentally the same weekend the NFL hosts its annual draft.
