I think that reeves could handle T O while helping Garrett out.
The biggest problem on this team, everyone on this team or most of them want to celebrate, be the star. I am not knocking the players, but remember Ware when he made some sacks, and the game was out of control and lost anyway. Or like when Canty made a big sack, and giants were already beating us, or tank johnson same thing.
There is no team atmosphere on this team. Its like Michael Irvin said, all or most of these players want to look good on national tv, have no concept of what a team atmosphere is and to play for the good of the team and sacrifice.
Till that is fixed, and Romo starts acting like a football leader, and cut out all of this pop ratzy stuff, and be one of the boys with the team, this team will go no where.
Its like Bob Lily and Lee Roy Jordan said mid season in 1971, they all got together as a team in the lockerroom, shut out the coaches from the meeting, had it out among themselves, got mad about losing and hating to loose. Said to themselves no one was going to get in the endzone on the defense unless it was over dead bodies.
They met a a cafe place, if they had a problem they ironed it out before the next day practice. Looked at themselves, not other players, then they demaned other players play hard like themselves, and played for THEMSELVES, NOT NO ONE ELSE. NOT THE MEDIA, NOT THE OWNER, NOT THE HEADCOACH, BUT THEMSELVES, IT WAS THEM AGAINST EVERYONE ELSE.
They didnt let any locker room stuff get out, and if it did happen to, that person that leaked the info rued the day.
And the head coach pushed them, made them hit in practice and in pads, if they lost a ball game, he didnt give them a darn day off. And that head coach and the other coaches worked too, they didnt take half the day off either.
thats what is needed on this team, till that is addressed, this team will go nowhere.
its just like bradie james talking yesterday, till players realize, they are their own worst enemy, for letting things leak out and talking to the media.
sure you can talk to the media, but just about the next game, one game at a time. And yes, every game is important, not just at the end of the year.
