Value of Experience

Not sure why but it just dawned on me that Jerry is probably the most experienced GM in the history of the NFL. I didn't bother to fact check it but he must be up there.

"Tenure" probably a more appropriate word in my opinion.

He's been owner/GM by default...he never put in the leg work to learn the craft the way others do.
