Vegas gamblers betting hard against Cowboys in key games, Super Bowl

The Cowboys have finished 8-8 in three straight seasons, but gamblers in Las Vegas are betting on that to change for the worse.

A number of betting lines for Cowboys games and series predictions have trended against Dallas since the opening lines were released, according to SportingNews.com.

All 11 Cowboys games available for early betting have seen the line move away from them. Dallas is also down to 50-1 odds to win the Super Bowl after betting opened at 40-1.

Maybe they haven't heard about our greatly improved defense and Rod Marinelli who can work wonders with them. The Cowboys have always under performed when they've been predicted to do well. It would be nice if they could do the opposite this year.

Don't do it, I been following this for several years now. VEGAS DO NOT LIE when it comes to the cowboys. Especiallly when they predict the team expected wins for the season. I hope they prove them wrong but since 2006 I can remember the Cowboys doing 3 upsets. 2006 they beat the Colts, 2008 they barley beat the Bucc without Romo, 2009 they beat the Saints. Besides those games I lost so much money on this team it's crazy.

Not expecting SB but I do think the Cowboys are going to surprise some people this season. I just get the feeling that the defense will not be as bad as many are predicting and think it will improve over the course of the season.

It's July. Teams expected to be good will be bad, and vice versa. Who knows much of anything about any team right now.

Plus, a league full of injuries lies ahead in the preseason. Who knows who plays come September?
