Vested guys can be signed as of today, anybody strike your fancy?

If I understand "vesting" right, veterans out of work today that will suddenly be cap friendly to sign this week include:

Matt Stewart
Oglesby
Runyon
Langston Walker (OT started all 16 games at Buffalo last year)
Um, even Matt Jones .. prolly not .

Any bargains there?

This is the first time I have called for McAlister. He can't be any worse than Ken Hamlin in coverage, and I know he tackles better than 3/4 of the starting secondary.

I wouldnt be surprised at a move or two, especially for a veteran CB. With Jenkins potentially hobbled more and Ball looking pretty bad yesterday when he was out there, CB has gotta be a little bit of a worry.

I don't think Proctor is a vested veteran. I don't think he's been in the league long enough. IIRC you have to have been in the league long enough to qualify for the vet minimum salary.

I could be wrong. It certainly wouldn't be the first time.

Procter was a restricted free agent this year so he isn't vested.
