and btw... there is no parole in the federal prison system. He will serve his 23 months...

EDIT: Fox Sports' legal guy says Vick has to serve a minimum of 85% of his sentence which is 19 months...

There is a possibility of early release for good behavior. But he'll serve at least 85% of that. He's out at least two more years.

Dude, people die every day and no one cares, yet some dude kills a couple of dogs and people want to throw the book at him. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying there's bigger things going on.
