Here's Ed Werder on The Michael Irvin Show talking about Pacman and Terrell Owens...

Werder on Irvin Show

This Pacman deal is all about the idea that once again the Cowboys were going to be bombarded with a ton of questions about something to do with this guy which had nothing to do with him playing football.

Jerry finally saw the light and said enough is enough. The kid just isn't worth all this trouble.

As for Terrell Owens. Right now I think he's staying, but I wish he wasn't.

And for the people want to him stay all I can say is that yeah he is a good player, but the Dallas Cowboys haven't won anything with him so you can't say you know for sure we would be missing all that much if he left.

Here's Chris Mortensen on Galloway and Company...

Mort talks latest on Garrett and Shanahan

I am not going against my stance that I want this entire coaching staff gone because I want a fresh start, but if just Garrett goes then I am going to be unhappy because then most likely Ray Sherman is going to move into the OC spot.

That's going to be a disaster because then T.O. will think he is running the offense because of his relationship with Sherman.

I am still in shock that Wade is the head coach, lol.

I am not a huge Shanahan fan, but I will take him over Wade in a NY minute. The point about him standing up in front of the team and being able to command attention and Wade not being able to do that is 100% correct.

And so is the part about Shanahan not being afraid to cut someone's balls off if needed.

Here's Cliff 'Captain Crash' Harris on DFW Sportsbeat...

Love hearing from the guys who have been there with Championship teams. You can bark about them being old and whatnot, but you can't say they aren't talking from knowhow in getting the job done. And as far I remember the game of football hasn't changed all that much since it began. The bottom line is that it still comes down to blocking and tackling.

On that note I would like to hear about Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman reaching out to Tony Romo this offseason.

heh. Werder believes that 80% of the Cowboys players support Terrell Owens. I guess the next question would be who he believes represents the 20% who do not support Owens?

Yeah, we shouldn't resign Ware either.

Ain't won a freakin' thing with him either. So we ain't gonna miss him.

So, if you've decided to watch the video, I was wondering what you thought of Cliff Harris' opinions on the topic of team distractions?

I'm a huge Cliff Harris fan but he really has no insight into that locker room any more than the idiot interviewing him does. If he wants to tell me something first hand about TO, I'll listen but right now he is just speaking on the lazy reporting of others.

All he "knows" is what he has been "told"...

Weak sauce bro.

Ware is in his prime and he's not a 'headache'.

T.O. is 35 and he is.

Big difference.

And I didn't see the Cowboys trading for another big time pass rushing OLB this past season either.

You keep trying though because one day you may make some sense.

I doubt it, but it won't hurt you to keep trying.

Or he is basing his opinion off of numerous public interviews with the man.

Maybe he even saw the one where Terrell Owens was acting like a self centered WR who was complaining about not getting his touches after the Cowboys beat the Skins.

You made the asinine statement, Einstein, don't get all butt-hurt when someone points out it's stupidity.

That idiotic comment could be said about practically every player in the NFL and he is only a "headache" to fans (and bloggers) who are led around by the nose by ESPN...

His opinion counts as much as a some silly blogger who thinks he has insight but really just regurgitates what Eddie-Boy Werder feeds him.

You're right. They didn't trade for one, they drafted another one year before last in the first round to play opposite Ware- sorta like Roy plays opposite TO...

Figured you would keep up with that sort of thing.

But you're welcome for the info anyway...

So Spencer and Ware are on the same pay scale?

And Spencer was brought in to be the 'future'?

Just stop already.

Lets see....by this logic we should get rid of...

Newman
Henry
Ellis
Adams
Davis

etc

........you can even put Romo there....sure its only his second full year but he is 28...lost his motivation.....(he admitted he questioned his love for the game)

What have those guys won?
