Don't nobody hate. The young man is on top of his game. :laugh1:
He seems to have a genuine love for the craft. Hopefully, as he grows up, that love will not be as corrupted as some of his grown-up peers have displayed during the past two or so decades.

I noticed that Ware was the only one who got down to Damon's level and it seemed to put Damon at more ease. It appeared he went "off -script" a little and let the interview flow naturally.
He did a good job. Hopefully he sticks with it and follows his dream.
