Still in shock that this guy used to be one of the most feared hitters in the NFL.

Lost the edge once he started preaching...What happened to that killer instinct? Mr.38 jumping over the oline and sacking the Qb? MR Rookie comming out on fire INT for a TD against the Commanders?

Go preach that bible in Cinci...Softy.

Hate to pile on after watching that video, but I’m going to.

What number is he wearing in Cincy? #31.

And is anyone wearing #38? Nope.

What happened to all that BS about changing your number for a new beginning. Don’t even answer Roy because the question was rhetorical.

I still can't believe how far he has fallen off. I hated the guy when he played for OU and loved it when he became a cowboy...I thought he would go down as the best safety to ever play for the cowboys...and now the guy can't get through practice without being embarassed only to have a "golly, gee it happens" attitude. What a waste.

Everyone gets blocked in football.

But he got used up by a rookie WR and was admitting before the drill that he was trying to avoid even doing the drill.

Where is the confidence in your game?

And then to shrug it off like 'ah, who cares all my money is in the bank already'.

Drives me nuts.

This was the beginning of the end for him...

Who cares what number he is wearing?

Its obvious he was looking for something, anything to help him out. Do you really think he believed his number change would solve all the problems?

It goes to the point that he was always looking for excuses for his play declining.

He said he wanted #38 because the #8 was a symbol of new beginnings in a gospel in the bible.

It’s ok. That group has no legs to stand on anymore.

And, he just didn’t get blocked. He was driven backwards 10 yards and pounded into the ground by a freakin rookie in front of the entire team.

I used to love Roy...but i gots me a new safety...

I can not watch that skins vid :banghead:

that game made me physically sick.

in retrospect, though, that team was a bunch of pretenders. bledsoe, keyshawn, julius... we know better now.
