In a real game, I would agree. But when you know you're going to be cut tomorrow, you might as well try to make a play you will always remember. The rest of the team loved it. Michael Irvin must be proud.

He hadn't done ANYTHING up til that point to warrant keeping him on the team. He took a chance & it paid off. Can't fault the guy doing something like that in possibly his LAST game EVER with the Cowboys ( or possibly in the NFL ).
