Here's what I think Parcells was saying.

'Cohesive Atmosphere'.

That means that everyone is working for the same goal.

That means there are no 'me agendas' on a football 'team'.

What's he basically saying is that right now that's not what he sees in Dallas.

yep, what jerry jones doesnt realize, you build the team first, then the playoffs, then the superbowl,

then all of the big media that jerry jones wants will come, just like it did in 92 and 93 and 95

team comes first, with character, intensity, heart, desire to be the best,

with a coach that runs them and has total control, with respect of the players and the players fear that head coach too, because at any time, he can cut, release or trade players, make them run extra laps, has them do lots of agility rules, etc,

then all the big media highlights, video production will come jerry jones way,

if the steelers, ravens, cardinals, eagles all hit hard in practice, etc, then so should the cowboys

you cant baby the players and let them run the team, the coach has to run the team,

I agree with Tuna is the " marketing " angle.

That's been Jerrah's MAIN problem throught the years. He's always put marketing above all else. It explains all the controversial decisions he's made through the years. When his product ( Cowboys ) goes down in value, then he makes decisions ( Parcells hiring ) to improve it, but always with one goal in mind: get the value back up.

BP can rebuild organizations to respectable but he can't seem to get them over the top, mainly because he doesn't have the talent in place to do so.

Nope. none. We get 100 more cries about the "situation" in Dallas.
