Jordan Willis, Edge, Kansas State

Willis seems an unlikely candidate among so many big names and top performers, but his 94.6 overall grade was the best in the country for edge players. His pass rush grade of 94.2 is also the best mark in FBS, and his 88.1 run defense grade puts him fifth. He finished the year with 14 sacks and 73 total pressures, along with 31 total defensive stops. He notched at least six pressures in six different games, topping out with a ridiculous 15 against rival Kansas.

I like this guy but have read various scouting reports which mostly say he is not flexible and has stiff hips which is concern for some scouts if he has to change direction. Can't beat production though.

He projects more as a strong side DE then a blazing weak side rusher. His frame should allow him to add another 15-20 pounds easy to handle bigger linemen

Yup. Would love to get him in the 2nd. Their are a few strong side DE i would love to get on day 2 actually. I have a feeling the 2nd round is gonna have a huge run on WR's and CB's pushing a quality DE to us.
