Has a muscled up physiche if I remember correctly. Signed him from San Diego last yr?

Yah... Biggest WR on the team. Dez was giving him some props this week. Hard worker, tough blocker... called him a "damn fine football player." Pretty impressive accolades from Dez actually.

Balt is banged up in the secondary. Top two CBs are both coming off injuries. Adding Mayle just may be adding some downfield punch and size to our blocking game, as well as a few wrinkles as an HBack.

We have had some success with Lucky in motion-- maybe they will have a package or 2 for Vince?

Butler is ahead of him as a WR..

a 6th OL is ahead of him as a blocker..

So not sure why him unless they have a special package for him.

Still think DMac would-be a better option.

He can catch, knows something about blocking as a RB..

and can take snaps from Dunbar and Morris if needed.

Not sure about this decision.

so have 4 active running backs when you play one at a time?

Thought he had speed. But his 40 time at the Draft pro day wasn't that great. 40-yard dash: 4.65, 4.52 and 4.56 seconds.
His combine time was 4.67 in the forty.

His time between the 10 yard mark and the 40 yard mark was the same as Dez Bryant's. It was a slow 10 yard time that caused his forty to be slow His speed appears to be fine once he's moving. His 3-cone and short shuttle times were good especially for a guy is size.

DMac does not play special teams. Mayle is replacing FB Rod Smith who was a Special Teams only player.

If they did use him similar to a TE, he would be blocking the slot CB. An extra OL would be blocking a LB or extra DLineman.
