Who do you like better, and who do you think is going to end up better when their careers are over?

I ask this because i know alot of you are Longhorn fans, and VY fans as well.

VY is the more serious player, while Tony Romo is the more goofball, but both have great work ethics, who strive to be the best they can be!

Romo.

It's not even close for me.

Vince Young will be a very good QB. He's as athletic as all git out-- however I don't ever see him having the touch on the football that Romo has-- nor does he have Romo's mental game. Don't get me wrong-- Young can gun it in. But Romo will always be able to read defenses better and will complete touch passes that Young won't.

:signmast: What he said.

Romo is well on his way to becoming an elite QB in this league and before long he will be mentioned along with Peyton and Brady as the top QBs.

Young is a bigger Michael Vick who is maybe a little better passer.

Romo's leadership abilities are terrific. His team loves him. I have no idea about Young, his team may play all out for him too. But give me the guy we've got.

Besides why would you want an unknown QB even with his good press, when you already have a young QB on the cusp of elite who you know very well and is the team leader. Among the reasons Jerry will get this down is because Romo is on his way to rock star status and will sell lots of shirts & seats in his new stadium. Besides can you imagine the backlash if Jerry franchised Romo among not only the fans but among the team.

Young's an excellent leader himself. But Romo's just a much better passer. He's charismatic and loves playing the game.

Romo, by far.

Romo, simply because he's the more complete quarterback. Vince Young is a great athlete but you will never have success in this league throwing for 170 yards and 1 TD every Sunday. It's too easy to key off VY and contain his running threat.

Just proves some people will never be happy with the one you have.

By the way, which 5 Super Bowls would you rather have? The five the Cowboys won or the five the 9'ers won?

When I was a kid, I used to love daydreaming.

I would daydream about being an astronaut and landing on the moon. That would've been cool. And I use to daydream about being a Dallas Cowboy and playing for Tom Landry one day. That one didn't work out either, but it was pretty cool too. Since I've grown up, I sometimes daydream about what it would be like to win the Powerball and...

The 5 we won, because we can say that the Cowboys are the only team to win multiple SBs in two different decades!:)

I like Young a lot and could easily see him developing into something special.

Romo is further along and quite enjoyable to watch. Between the two, I'd rather have Romo.

Here's some interesting info. The other day I was listening to the Steve A. Smith ESPN radio show and I think he chose Romo over VY as the most exciting player to watch. Not that his opinion means anything, but it shows how much love Romo is getting.

What makes you think think Young can't read defenses? He's smarter than people seem to give him credit for. Not only that he seems like he can read and manipulate people.

I like both a lot, but I prefer the more classic pocket style and accuracy which means I prefer Romo. I enjoy watching Vince though. Fun, fun, fun.
