I had seen this on the news. Those people are crazy being so close to an eruption of a volcano. Very dangerous.

I always thought Washington state was more at risk but apparently Oregon’s volcanoes are more primed.

Sucks to live in Indonesia or Japan. Volcanoes, tsunamis and earthquakes everywhere. But I guess one could say the US West Coast is in store for the same thing as they are on the other side of the Ring of Fire, they’ve just been lucky lately.

Actually, for a volcano eruption like this, it is very rare for anyone to die from lava.
The most deaths occur, and they do occur, from people tripping and falling.
You travel to this at your own risk. But the risk of being injured by the lava is rare in this kind of eruption.
