I think he more meant... "Why should we vote the Cowboys the hardest schedule" , your argument for that fact is moot.

See the post before mine... "dallas doesn't have the hardest schedule"... Can't be more clear than that.

I think it's a schedule that can yield a 13-3 season, honestly.

We play our division of course, the AFC West and the NFC South, and Seattle and Green Bay.

Both those divisions don't scare anyone. Our division doesn't particularly scare me either. Seattle is on the skids and Green Bay................?? Who knows. Probably an 8-8 team at best.

I'm encouraged really. And for all the talk on this board about "another rough December", I don't agree with THAT either. The Giants, San Diego at home, New Orleans, Washington, and Philly at home? Very do-able. The best December schedule I've seen in years.

The Giants are reeling with the Plaxico situation, and you saw how that ended last season. They were calling for Coughlin's and Mannings head halfway through the year they won the SB for heavens sake!! I predict a return to form for that team. The Eagles? Never believed, never will. San Diego will again have a season ending soap opera, the Saints and Skins are impostors.

I think it's a cake-walk schedule really................

1 thing I like about that schedule is that other than the teams in our division, we don't have those bruiser teams to face like a Pittsburgh or Baltimore. All the other teams have finesse defenses. So on the health front I'm hoping things will be more positive than last year.

Unfortunately 2 of the most physical and blitz happy defenses reside in our division and Washington is no slouch in that regard either. NYG, WAS, ATL and CAR like to wear you down with their running game though. They are all very physical at doing so. I think almost every opponent on this schedule deserves respect but it's not a schedule where outside of our divisional games has game of the week challenges like last year.

When I don't see Pittsburgh, NE, Indy, TEN and BAL on the schedule from the AFC side, I'm pretty happy about that. SD is the only recently traditional AFC monster we have to deal with.

That's what I mean about being "encouraged". We avoid the AFC East, the AFC South and the AFC North. Therein lies the Patriots and the Colts and the Ravens and the Titans and the Steelers of the world. Jacksonville, Buffalo and Miami to a lesser degree as well.

We drew THE WEAKEST division in the AFC, the weakest by a mile. AND, we drew the NFC Division competing for the weakest with the NFC West. Then, our two games due to last year's record drew Seattle and Green Bay. I'd be much more concerned with the NFC North, the Vikings, Chicago.............than the West or South. Carolina represents the only legit threat down there.

But, we gotta' beat the Tampa's and the Saints and the Falcons of the world. We gotta' beat the Raiders, Chiefs and Broncos of the world. THOSE ARE THE GAMES that we lose, and come December, we're going into D.C. fighting for our playoff lives!!! Of course, by THEN, no one remembers that October loss to the Chiefs, or that stupid September loss to Tampa!

THAT'S what's killing us.................Like last years loss's to the Rams of the world. Can't have THAT and expect to make any noise in the playoffs. We're busting out butts in December to even make the playoffs because of bone-head and COMPLETELY avoidable loss's like that. Hell, even the Steeler loss last year was a "laid egg" in my opinion. We shoulda' won that game.

Now, there's no Steelers or Ravens or Titans or Patriots on the schedule. Just a "who's-who" of also-ran impostors. There's NO ONE ON THE SCHEDULE (remember where you heard this first) that anyone will predict to win the Super Bowl. NO ONE!!!! Whose gonna' win the NFC South? Whose gonna' win the AFC West?

RIGHT! No one knows, because it's a crap shoot in those divisions too. No one dominant!

This is it. This is bestest, and maybe lastest chance at this thing. We could easily go 14-2 with this schedule and dominate our way, at home, to a SB appearance. The Dallas Cowboys finally got the "luck of the draw" with a powder-puff schedule. Let's see if we can take advantage of it.

I don't know if we have the hardest now days who is to say which is the hardest as quickly as teams rise and fall in the NFL? It appears we have a good schedule with what looks to be some tough opponents. I'm looking forward to it.

We definately do not have a super tough schedule. Infact I am not sold that teams like Atlanta posting NEAR the type of season that they did last year. While Atlanta is definately improved and no longer a complete joke, they had EVERYTHING go right for them last year, no major injuries, a cupcake schedule, ect. I expect to see Atlanta post a record more like 8-8 to 9-7 this year.....

I think the schedule is moderate, but I do love getting both the Skins games towards the end of it--when they traditionally fall apart.

Wow. 13-3? Really? That would be incredible. It would mean, most likely, no less than a 3-2 record down that final 5 game stretch and that would be encouraging to me.

I don't see 13-3 having any shot of happening though, realistically. 11-5 would thrill me to no end.
