Wade PC notes, Spencer starting

Cowboys coach Wade Phillips just held his press conference but didn't release his cuts for the final 53-man roster.

The Cowboys will make 22 cuts, but wont' release the names until later this afternoon. Stay tuned.

Phillips did say a few things...

- Terry Glenn (knee) went through what was a limited practice today.

- Rookie outside linebacker Anthony Spencer will start against the Giants in place of injured veteran Greg Ellis.

- Linebacker Kevin Burnett's status for the Giants game is uncertain. He is coming off surgery to remove bone chips from his left ankle.
