Wake up Jerry and Stephen Jones Get Joe Horn

In here now. dont tell me he's not still better than the scrubs we have behind Owens and Crayton.our 3,4 and 5th recievers are hurt. instead of trading for a backup OG, we should have been trading for a vet reciever. or atleast picking up someone like Horn. dont get me wrong. i do not think Horn has much left. but he's better than our scubs.something has to be done about our WR's.NOW!

Man Clayton isn't that good either he would get pushed down to number 6 if all our WR were healthy. I think he may be serviceable though. Simms and Clayton for a 4th rounder??????

LOL Danny will not make this team. At this point all i can say he will be on the PS or another NFL team. I think Jefferson will make the team ahead of Danny

I could see us picking up a waiver wire guy and possibly keeping Mike and/or Danny until Hurd and Austin are healthy. This could lead to Stanbach having to go onto IR though, rather than trying to hold him on the roster till he's OK enough to play.

Danny has to go. he has proven nothing this preseason.we need to be on the phones trying to make a move tonight.we only have 2 WR's left folks with the 34 and 5th guy out. it has to be done.

Only if we are releasing Brad Johnson. We really have no choice but to keep only 2 QB's, so we won't be getting Simms as long as Johnson is still here. With that said, I would give up a 6th for Clayton. Anything more than that is too pricey seeing as Austin will be our #3 when he returns.

Sam Hurd walked up the tunnel a few minutes after his 35-yard catch and run. He has a sprained ankle, but we don't know how severe it is.

After all, they're already down to three healthy receivers. If Hurd is out for a couple of weeks, then it's a disaster.

No, there aren't any veteran receivers on the street worth a flip. That includes Joe Horn. One member of the organization said wasn't even among the Cowboys' top 20 choices at receiver.

And any young receiver you get off the scrap heap next work isn't really going to help you. Injuries are the great equalizer in this game.

You might not think much of Hurd or Miles Austin or Isaiah Stanback until they're gone. What are your suggestions for the owner?
