The DeMarcus Ware scare is over. The Pro Bowl linebacker participated in today's walk through practice with no problems after missing Thursday's practice with a sore back. He will play against the Eagles on Saturday.

After some absences and limited play on Thursday, the Cowboys welcomed every player to the practice field on Friday for a light walk-thru. Although it wasn’t an intense practice, the fact that everyone was there is certainly a good sign.

Other than Pat Watkins (knee), who is questionable on the injury report with a sprained PCL in his knee, the rest of the injured players are listed as probable for Saturday’s game with the Eagles.

And that includes DeMarcus Ware, who missed Friday’s practice with a back injury, and running back Marion Barber who has a knee injury but is expected to start and play against the Eagles.

Does it make me a jerk that I was kind of rooting for Barber to sit out in hopes of seeing more of TC?

Did anyone see the postgame interview he did at the table (I believe it was after the New Orleans game)??....He was basically saying that he performs better in weeks where his practices were limited (ala a minor injury)....he was even grinning and looking into the camera and saying to Wade that he does better with more rest.

I feel great knowing that he has had a light week of practice..and I look for him to have a big week.

A jerk, no...slightly insane...yes! Like you and most of our fanbase, I want TC to get more touches, but even with their improvement, TC & FJ aren't the pass protectors the MBIII is...he's almost like an extra o-lineman out there w/ his proficiency in picking up the blitz!! I say it's better to have all three healthy and available and maybe (hopefully) Red will get Tashard the rock more than 3X this game!
