I mean on that play where he ran and tried to score a TD.

Is it just me, or did he seem less accurate and to have less zip on the ball after that play?

Do any of y'all think this is the case or am I just trippin'?

He did take a big hit on that play.

He was missing guys all day. I don't think it was just that throw.

He got totally DRILLED

He forced a terrible throw. Made no sense to even call that play with no TO's. Chuck it in End Zone on Hail Mary and go to OT

He should have thrown to .....oh that's another thread :bang2:
He was off all day. Couple of passes to Key, Witten had to reach for one, throwing behind TG. All day. It was not pretty.

He was off all day but the pass that really hurt us was the one he didn't throw to Witten wide open in the endzone when he tried to run for the 1st down. Don't know how he didn't see him, Witten was right infront of him. I kept waiting for him to throw it... That had TD all over it....DAMN!!!!!!!!!

Yes - Witten was open but there were at least 3 guys between and you lof a pass there players coming across field can also pick that one.

We should have punched it in on 4th and 1. Game over.

Naw dude, Witten was clearly open. Their was a clear lane to him. I watched it several times, Drew just missed him....

Could be - I saw a few bodies in front of him and Witten running away from Drew. Dicey but maybe there was a window there. Thats also a window that closes fast.

Trust me man, Witten was open and pissed that he didn't get the ball. I like Drew and what he's done so far but he just didn't see him.. It happens...

Same as the Raiders game.......Witten was WIDE open.

Yep he was but he was even more wide open yesterday and he was already in the endzone. Like I said, Drew just missed him. AGAIN!!!!

That may have been the worst playcall I've seen: Lets roll a guy out who has just slightly more mobility than our head coach.

I agree, if this keeps up I think Tuna pulls a Jim Fossel and takes over the pay calling duties, or hands them to someone else. And I mean as soon as the game after the cards game. Which would be the best time with the bye week coming up.

I hope you are right.....it is the only reason a 10 yr plus vet QB would not throw the ball away in that situation and try to win the game in OT.

However, I am very proud of the overall play of Drew Beldsoe.

I think Witten messed that play up too....he was wide open, but didn't stop and settle down in the open spot. He kept coming and was running directly into the coverage. Bledsoe could have thrown behind him and made him stop to try and catch the ball, probably should have, but Witten was watching Bledsoe and not the coverage...he never slowed down...two more steps and he was right on top of the coverage guy.

I thought it was a great play call...play action with a QB rollout option....that's what you want down there...not a run and not a pocket pass, movement....Bledsoe could have thrown, but elected to run, and he picked up almost 3 yards, just missing the first down.

I'm not sure what play call would be better...it was certainly a better play-call than all the runs down there during the game.

I don't feel it was one of Drew's better days. He was off all day to me and I remember sitting there saying to myself, he's gonna cost us this game. Maybe his arm is a little tired and he's ready for the bye week, who knows. He was just off the whole game. Overthrowing, throwing behind, under throwing, bad decisions. Wasn't a good day for the fella!

Bledsoe was having an off day I think it is as simple as that. Many of his passes even some of the completed balls were not on target. Just a rough day
