...put the ball under his jersey like a pregnant man? I apologize if this was already asked. I had a power outage during the game (just like the Cowboys did). But I saw that part at the end. It could've meant something else, but Ryan's belly is all over the place. In the grand scheme of things I know it means nothing. I was just wondering if anybody noticed it and what they thought.

i saw it and my 1st thought was he wanted to keep it as a gameball and not lose it in all the hype. he took it out quick so who knows. maybe it wasn't but he thought it would be taken that way so he took it out.

then again this is about where i quit watching, but i thought he was just wanting to keep it.

maybe get vick to sign it.

Could not care much less.

If he was, then hey- Rob had sent the engraved invitation for him to do so if the game ended with a Lions win. Ya' wanna dance, ya' gotta be willing to pay the piper, right?

yep. if you're gonna dish it out, you better be able to take it.

I thought he may have just wanted the ball to keep because it was his homecoming game.

That's what i initially thought. But i never thought of the Ryan angle, which makes some sense considering all the trash talking going on...

That he wanted to keep it as the game ball sounds plausible, but Ryan did yap leading up to the game so you never know. In Ryan's defense, the D played very well overall. He had them ready.

He wanted to keep the game ball. First time home and a big win.
Right after that he kept holding the ball up and looking (and waving) at the sideline for someone to come and get the ball so he wouldn't lose it.
