Not to mention it's not the first time a player has gone on vacation during the off week. Emmitt Smith mentioned, during the lead up to the Giants game this year, that one year he and a bunch of the guys went to Vegas for a few days on one of their off weeks for the playoffs, a year they won the superbowl.

And, again, as many have pointed out on here a zillion times if Romo's recievers had made any one of about 4 plays that they didn't make the Cowboys win and no one is talking about Romo's vacation.

To answer your original question...no this is not the most disappointing season in cowboys history for me. I was WAY more disappointed in 94 when the Niners kept us from winning three straight. So it's not the most disappointing to me, anyway.

Man your posts are confusing. So what if he lost in the playoffs. You lick your wounds and try again next year. You can't win them all.

id say the 3 times we lost in the SB hurt worse..........we were actually in the big game......

then I would say the years we made the Conference Championship and lost would be the next toughest.......

Since I was too little for the SB losses, not even alive for the one against the Colts....for me the toughest loss was the 94 NFC Championship game. That loss cost us a 4peat.

Romo didnt even play bad He played good...Crayton gave up twice and We got penalized up the butt.

And lets not forget the defense before the second half..

IMO Romo is the best thing to happen to the Cowboys in recent History...Wihtout Him we win 4-5 games Maybe.

Losing to the Baltimore Colts in Super Bowl V is still one that hurts deep down inside. Even after winning five since then, that loss still ranks as the one that I remember most vividly and with the most disappointment.

If you remember Super Bowl V that vividly you must be whistling dust. How old are you?

What?

Crayton stoped His route and then ran again but the ball was already in the air. have you ever thrown a ball before?

obviously not...You anticipate where the Wr is going to be and you throw it...Crayton stoped and messed up...PERiod!.

Not all that old really, I was just ten years old when it happened. I cried afterwards. Just so you know, I don't cry after a loss anymore, but I have been known to be irritable for days after.
