1:04 pm WR Malcolm Kelly is seeing more time with WR Devin Thomas nursing an injured ankle. Commanders coach Jim Zorn expects to have Thomas back this week. If he can't go, Kelly (16 receptions) will see significant time at receiver.

12:57 pm The Commanders and Cowboys have split victories each of the past three seasons. The Commanders will look to push that string to four with a victory Sunday.

12:47 pm K Shaun Suisham will kick in Washington again. The Cowboys signed the recently released Commanders kicker. Suisham missed two critical field goals for the Commanders in their 7-6 loss to Dallas last month.

12:40 pm RB Rock Cartwright appears to be returning kicks again with the injury to WR Devin Thomas. We need to watch this player, he killed us last time with running as a rb and he has killed us on kickoff returns;

12:39 pm WR Devin Thomas was the only Commanders player not dressed in pads for warmups.

12:39 pm "He loved his family, he loved sports, and he loved his work. His wife Pat and the rest of his family are in my prayers, and in the thoughts of the entire Commanders organization." - Commanders owner Daniel Snyder on long-time Washington sports anchor George Michael. Michael, 70, died this morning.

12:34 pm Commanders owner Daniel Snyder on the passing of George Michael: "George was the consummate reporter and a valuable friend. I doubt we'll ever again see a sports reporter who was so admired by the people he covered."

12:33 pm Former Washington area sports anchor George Michael died this morning at the age of 70. Michael gained national recognition with his Sunday evening show, "The Sports Machine." He also hosted "Commanders Sidelines" and was a fixture around Commanders Park since 1980.

I just want to report that I appreciate the name Bleacher Report in the Title. That way I don't have to read the content.

Thank you for doing that Joe.
