OK guys need some help. Who are you pulling for? Washington who with a win gets back into the race at 4-5 or a loss to pretty much fall out of it at 3-6? Or Philly who with a loss would be looking at 4 losses in a row and drop to 4-5 or with a win 5-4 and still very much in the race?

Both have killer schedules the last half of the season and could easily drop several games each, so it doesn't really matter I would think...

I hate both teams, but I hate Philly just a smidge more. So I want Philly to lose. But seeing as how I can't say I want Washington to win, I will resort to one wish. I wish everyone on both teams gets a raging case of the green-apple splats, and both have to forfeit.

Fair enough I'll take Philly to lose.

The Skins need to lose because a loss there and they can officially cancel the rest of their season.

We want Washington to win. Since the Cowboys already beat them and have a one game advantage over them in the standings, a Washington win (with a Cowboys win) will have the Cowboys in sole possession of second place.

Plus, since the Cowboys have a game remaining with the Eagles at home, if they handle bizness it would mean a two game lead on the Eagles if both teams win out after Sunday. Even if the Commanders win out they still wouldn't be able to catch up. (In a perfect scenario of course...)

Kinda of a win-win. Philly is a better team with a tied record so a loss would help the most in the long run. A Washington loss pulls the life support from their season (which is coming anyway) so that's not the end of the world is that happens.

Personally, a Philly loss is what I am looking for.

Philly is actually in the hunt for one of the wildcard spots. Obviously we root against Philly.

The eagles are irrelevant, always have been, always will be...they have won nothing and never will win anything...add the fact that their fans don't deserve anything (well, maybe some discount coupons for some batteries) and some new paint on those ugle row houses of theirs and some razor blades for their women to shave off that moustache...

I think I will root for the RedStinks...at least they have won something!

I hope the Skins win, the Eagles are a better team and are more likely to string a group of wins together and make the playoffs. The Skins beating the Cowboys last week doesn't suddenly make them a good team.

always rooting for the team with the worse record. That logic says to root for the Commanders.

But a loss to the Eagles knocks the Commanders out the play-off race (not mathematically) giving the rest of the division teams a better chance down the road.
