It's on youtube and someone had it here.

Romo had ALL DAY to throw the ball, I guess he fired it because he had been under so much pressure.

Anyway, he's got TO to his right basically man to man with help on the inside, he could have thrown a back shoulder pass, could have.
He also has Crayton man up up top to his left with some room , why not go there? burned too much by PC?

But, if you re-watch the play, IF he launches the ball to the back of the EZ , I think he's got himself a game winner He chose to rifle it, and he short armed it, Glenn was doubled , which made the throw dubious to begin with, however back of the EZ is free running. And why not PC manup?

Emm still bothered .

I dunno-maybe it was b/c it was 4th down with less than 20 seconds left, and the margin for error, the window of opportunity, et al were *razor thin*?

I'm sure even our guy Staubach would have had a tough time too. And yeah-I saw a couple of replays of it, all of the receivers were basically covered OK.

Seriously-does anyone else think we would beat Green Bay? With the mentality the players seem to have et al, I'm not so sure.

If this team had played to their abilities down the stretch this season, they could have beaten anyone, including the Patriots.

We choked, plain and simple. It's a harsh reality, but after 11 years, you didn't really expect to win?

He threw almost into triple coverage and was picked

When you need just 11, I questioned the call or read.

Yes. We would have beat anytime that wasn't a division rival. I said it before we were even matched up against the Giants...I didnt want to play them. They played us tough both times this year, and know us very well...not to mention they match up against us extremely well.

Any team besides a division opponent and we win that game. And we go on to play the Patriots in the Super Bowl...where we would lose. But still...

Next year is our year. I'm sick of waiting this damn long for a freaking playoff win! Come on already!

The first part of your post I agree with.

To answer the second part, yes I did. We were 13-3, that solved all our problems in the stretch.:D Phillips simply forgot to hit the switch. ;)

If Crayton would not have stop running to pet an invisble gopher, he has an easy 6 at the back pylon, had a good 2 steps on the DB.

If Crayton would not have dropped another TD with nothing but green infront of him and McQuarters trailing badly, we would not have needed a play at the end of the game.

Romo was knocked to the ground on almost every pass in the 4th quarter, so it is understandable that he was thinking the throw had to come out quick. However, Crayton dropped 1 TD that hit him in the hands, Crayton stopped running on another pass that was an automatic 6, and Romo drilled Fasono right in the hands at the goaline for an easy 6 and he dropped the ball.

That is 3 TD passes by Romo that were left on the field by recievers.

We did not lose the game because of our QB.

Well, it looked like Triple Coverage but the 3rd man was actually inside help on TO , I also question not going for the 1st down, and where was Sam Hurd instead of MB3 in the backfield? we needed another WR in the play.

Regardless of what Tony Romo did the last play of the game, the links below prove Tony Romo made plays that put his team in a position to win.

Throws Crayton a perfect ball at the back of the endzone, one guy, Tony Romo did his part, the other, Patrick Crayton didn't:

Crayton drop on 3rd/14:

Regardless of all the avatars, signatures and claims that Tony Romo is Superman, in truth, he isn't. Thus he cannot be expected to make every perfect read and every perfect play.

He had a very mediocre game but suffice it to say, he made enough plays to put his team in a position to succeed.

To say anything to the contrary, is somewhat ridiculous ;) .

I garauntee you Romo wishes he had that ball back. I was surprised when he threw it as he was under absolutely no pressure and he threw it to the most well covered receiver.

Not blaming Romo for the loss, but he certainly could have played that one better.

That's part of growing up as a QB though. If he truly is the real deal he will take some lessons from this game and be that much better for it.

He lost his head and his cool there at the end... I agree he will learn from this and will be that much better. He has only played for a year and a half. I don't expect him to be perfect every game
