I was thinking the same thing but they said its not a penalty if it is within 1 yard of the LOS.

Not sure why we don't do it if that is the case.

The Steelers never dominate anyone. They usually get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it—fluke plays, lucky bounces, officiating “gifts”, etc.

It looked like they were around 5+ yards down field.

It started at 1 yard, and the league said the defender initiated (looked like mutual initiation to me).
