But is he allowed in the COT?
He's a little too tight with the likes for that.
But is he allowed in the COT?
It's about his potential. He tested as a top SPARQ athlete for edge rushers (along with Bowser). He also has a great motor (and doesn't hurt that his last name is Watt). That combination, and the demand for pass rushers, is enough to push him into the first round.
I'm not sure that's right. He also has good tape and production this year. His negatives are his injury history and the fact that he's only done it for one year.If you draft him in the 1st round to play DE it's entirely based on his workout.
His film doesn't show anything to suggest he can do it.
He's the definition of a workout warrior
great stuff right there

Maybe, but PFF stats seem to suggest that he wins when he rushes at a rate greater than other guys in this drafts. Can't think that was all against OG and TEsYou could count on two hands the number of pass rush wins he had vs OTs in his career

Jordan Willis.
I think his last name helps alot. Imagine if he wasn't named Watt. Where would he honesty be projected? I'd say 2nd- 3rd round from the little I've seen.
Man, I just done see Willis at all. Watched a number of games and I see little of the athleticism that he tested at.Many will think he is a reach at 28. I'm not one of them. I think if we pick him it will be similar to picking Travis Fredrick at 31. People will complain at first, but things will work out in the end.
Yeah...lets not even begin to think about what a Carson Watts would project! The only QB who can break the most passin TDs per game AND sacks per game record!? Talk about position flex! Mind blown.Depends. If he was T.J. Wentz he'd probably push Garrett down to San Francisco.

So Willis will make a fine LE. How about a RE at 28.Same with Tyus Bowser. He's in my top 20 as an OLB. On a Cowboys specific board I'd never have him there.
Some of the appeal with Willis is he is a true 4-3 end. You won't have to worry about him being a liability in the run game lined up over an OT.
